I've heard people say this before and most of the time I though, "aw, it wasnt that bad". Tonights episode was just the worst ever. I had barely a chuckle. Nothing really good you could say about tonights show. Hope it doesnt keep going like this. I know the show's been on forever, but they've always done pretty good in keeping it fun. tonights episode seemed like the writers didnt even try. or worse that they were writers from a different non funny show filling in. something just didnt feel right. and the jab at the american flag Homer said I'm sure will piss a ton of folks off. it didnt even seem satire when he said it, just stupid.
oh well, here's to hoping it doesnt go so far down hill that I give up on it

I laughed more at American Dad than I did at The Simpsons tonight, and that's saying something. Family Guy kicked both their asses of course, but that's not really fair to The Simpsons, because FG is at the top of its game right now and Simpsons passed that a long time ago.
The Simpsons has probably give me years of enjoyment, but I think it's been on long enough. There's just not much else the show can do without seriously changing the characters or becoming a different show entirely (which they've pretty much done twice already).
Chaser, your avatar creeps me out. Always has. Just wanted to mention that.

The Simpsons episode was not that good, but I have seen worst. Family Guy is really taking over and American Dad, is getting better on the episodes.
The War at Home was kinda funny last night....

No! The War At Home was not funny last night! Bad MM4! Bad!
Seriously, I never laugh at a single joke on that show. Or any non-animated sitcom, really.

I dont watch War at Home as I am tired of sit coms.
I also am on the Family Guy band wagon. It does have the edge the Simpsons did. I still love the Simpsons though and hope that the disappointment I had in last nights show is short lived
